== Main characters ==

Malone Petronis is 56 years old and is a permanent resident of the Player's Tenement, living in the apartment 7 on the third floor. He is a member of Devil's Angels bikers gang, currently works as a moonshiner and used to be a dealer of [[Stalburg Mushroom Virus#Orange|orange fungus]] powder when he ran an operation in the [[Deekula Basement]], before it was sold cheaply to [[Hanss]]. He is also having problems with lungs due to smoking.

He and the player, promoted to his assistant, start to work together to bring, under his guidance, the Player's Tenement to a liveable condition and rent the apartments out. He gives the [[Getting Started]], [[My Cozy Apartment]] and [[Getting a Passport]] quests from the main storyline as well as the [[Orange Heaven]] side quest.

Characters that the apartments of the [[Player's Tenement]] can be rented to, providing a daily rent in return. Each tenant has specific minimum requirements that an apartment must meet before being able to rent to them. The amount of income that a player receives from each tenant will increase based upon how many upgrades are in the apartment. See also [[Renting]] for a more in depth explanation.

Found near a stove in front of O-Market, has a basic income of only 600 OC.

Found at a bench in front of O-Market, has a basic income of 550 OC and 5 RM. To unlock Pera as an rentable character, player first has to give him a bottle of Osmo Olut (not a can) or a Shroom Rollie.

Found at the dinning porch of Redemption Militia, has a basic income of 300 OC and 30 RM.

Found at the Speakeasy bar in the Tenement A Basement, has a basic income of 300 OC and 30 RM. To unlock Ville as an rentable character, player first has to unlock the Speakeasy Bar on the course of [[Getting Started]] quest and give him a Socca Junior.

Found at the attic of Deekula A, has a basic income of only 600 OC.

Found inside a decommissioned [[Bus]], has a basic income of only 200 OC.

Found around campsite at Trade Road, have a basic income of 50 OC and 55 RM.

Found underneath a staircase to the Kurahaara's [[Greenhouse]], has a basic income of 400 OC and 20 RM.

Found at the hallway the Deekula C, has a basic income of 100 OC and 50 RM.

During the events of [[INFRA]], Vivi Bondar is working at the [[Waterplant|Stalburg Central Water Plant]]. She is having an office on the second floor and an email from her can be read on a computer on the third floor, her email address is <[email protected]>. Vivi Bondar was also acquainted with [[Robin]] from the time he worked at Bergmann Water Tunnels.

Found at the hallway of Deekula B, has a basic income of only 600 OC. To unlock Amanda as an rentable character, player first has to unlock Deekula B on the course of [[Me Mash!]] or [[Priest's Debt]] quests.

Found at the campfire near the Lot Shacks, have a basic income of only 200 OC.

Found near a stove in front of O-Market, has a basic income of 200 OC and 40 RM.

Found at the OS Telemarketing Company in the Kolhola A, have a basic income of 700 OC and 300 RM. To unlock Fenella and Moray as an rentable characters, player first has to either lockpick the OS Telemarketing Company doors or get a [[Telemarketing Job|job]] there, gaining access to the office.

Found at the Hostel Warehom in the Kolhola A, have a basic income of 2716 OC and 500 RM.
