Major formatting overhaul. Put shops and vendors found in the Residential District into tables, separated by the east and west sections of the district. Each entry comes with an image of the business' sign/logo, it's name (which links to its main page,) a brief summary of services sold, and what is effectively an even briefer summary giving a rough idea on what to expect out of the shop, may remove last part later.
