Western Residential

	Kurahaara Brothers Farming Cooperative	Buys and sells Fruit and Vegetables, as well as seeds. All purchases are made in OC.	Produce
	Cold Drinks stall	Buys and sells alchoholic beverages. All purchases are made in OC.	Alchohol
	Decorative Plants & Pots stall	Sells berries, decorative plant seeds, and empty flowerpots. All purchases are made in OC.	Decoration/Produce
	Janitor Services	Offers two services for OC: Filling tenement tap water tanks with clean water, and emptying out the septic tank, including waste tanks in any tenement sinks.	Water & septic management

General Trader The front of "General Trader" Main article: General Trader Operates similarly to the One Stop Shop; sells a variety of goods for RM, and purchases almost all unstolen items for 100% of their OC value.

Rob-In Build and Repair Logo of "Rob-In Build and Repair" Can renovate to Decent and Fine levels.

Item Price Currency Orange Mushroom Powder 260 26 Secret/Unlockable vendors Speakeasy Bar Run by Pentti Penttilä, sells various beer and alcohol and is unlocked on the course of Getting Started quest after starting the first renovation. After completing the Me Mash! quest, Pentti also buys mash for RMs. Passmore Main article: Passmore Black market dealer that offers prescripted medicine or some rare items, like a Skeida Pharmacy Keycard, also buys medicine, jewelry and watches, accepts stolen goods. Passmore is unlocked on the course of Getting a Passport quest. Passmore buys not-owned items at 55% of the estimated value converted to RMs and sells them at 120% of the estimated value in OCs, he also buys stolen items at 18,15% of the estimated value converted to RMs and sells them at 39,6% of the estimated value in OCs. Colton Vendor found in the second Jail cell in a hole in wall. Colton sells items at 100% of the estimated value and buys them at 70% of the estimated value. Ivar Pihl Found in the mines, in the shroom farm. Ivar only buys items from the player at 100% estimated value in OCs. Only buys green mushrooms products, including alcohol. Seems to have infinite funds (his Wealth doesn't change after buying 10k OC in items in one go). Player can't buy back any sold items.
