Engineer Office
The Engineering Office is run by Urho Siltanen, providing tenement utility renovation services to the player. It is located in the Bazaar district, next to the Internet Cafe and Kino exit. The outside sign reads: D!PLOM- iNGENGJÖR.

Urho can be contracted to upgrade the basement heating, plumbing and electricity to the highest level.
Layout
The office features only one ground floor, containing the main office, a locked off back-office, and a small workshop that also leads to a bathroom.
In the main office, doubling as a waiting room, is a Microwave oven and a Coffee maker.
To access the back-office, one must use a keypad first to unlock the door. It has an Office printer, a Drawing Table and a recipe.
In the workshop section of the office is a Lathe, a Worktable, a Drill, a blueprint as well as the construction materials crate.
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and an IBC containing random liquids.
