OS Mining Service

The OS Mining Service is the namesake of the Service Area in the Mines. It is there where the player ables to renovate the mining section of their Player's Tenement similar to the "Tenement Contract Work!" in Deekula A. Outside of the building is Toivo Malmijoki that sells Mining Equipment while buying "Miner's Necessities" (Cigars etc) as well as planks and other raw materials.
