Rat Problem

A simple quest with a simple solution. To obtain this quest, speak to Anna Markannen at the Canteen in the Mines. Discussing the cat leads to Anna expressing her dissatisfaction with rats present within the canteen.

It is possible to volunteer to handle the problem. Upon doing so, Anna will provide two Rat Traps and Rat Bait to help you along in that task. Regardless of whether the traps were user or not, the quest concludes once six rats have been caught within the Canteen. Catching them by hand is counted by quest as valid removal.

As a reward, Anna will offer a sandwich and a sum of money. Caught rats can be kept as well as the traps and any leftover bait.
