Eliana Passmore will provide you with this quest. She tells you to go to the basement of Deeluka B and give the password to the door keeper. Once you explore the basement you will find a room with monitors and computers. talk to the computer, or whoever may be on the other end of the connection, and they will give you the name to call them by. Anya is the name they choose to give you and tell you about an exploration project in the mines under Obenseuer, starting the Glowstick Trail quest. Anya informs you that someone named Hanss lives in the basement. After the conversation with Anya, go talk to Eliana and the quest will be complete.
