Find the Moon
Find the Moon is a side quest given by the Pate Rantanen.
Activating the quest
Quest can be started upon talking to Pate Rantanen, who is found at the Market Square in front of O-Market sitting by a Barre Stove, or in his apartment if the player invited him in the Tenement.
Objective
Pate tasks the player with producing and giving him a Turnip Moonshine.
A condition to complete the quest is to, upon talking with Pate, give him any amount of Turnip Moonshine in any liquid container.
Turnip Moonshine is produced on the course of distilling Turnip Wine, which is a product of fermenting Turnip Mash.
Pate will not accept Turnip Mushroom Moonshine (from a mash made with Green Mushrooms instead of yeast), only the regular version.
Tips
- The player can buy alcohol brewing equipment at Samuel Jonasson's, including the Moonshine Distilleries needed to produce the Turnip Moonshine.
- The player can find Moonshine Distilleries inside the Deekula C5 apartment and inside the Kolhola A11 apartment.
- After completing the Me Mash! quest, the player gets access to Pentti's secret distillery at the Speakeasy Bar.
- The player can find already produced Turnip Wine, which can be distilled into Turnip Moonshine, at various apartment while looting Kolhola A building.
- The player can get a recipe for Turnip Mash from daily Mail, find it while looting or guess the ingredients.
- A Fermenting Barrel to produce Turnip Wine can be found at the attic of Deekula A.
- The player can simply buy turnip moonshine from the Cold Drinks stall.
Rewards
Upon completing the quest, Pate will give the player a Moon Sticker.
