Sell the Apartments is a side quest that is not completable in this version of Obenseuer.
Activating the Quest
While exploring the Bazaar, the player will come across a sign for a house for sale. Calling the number will put the player in contact with the Open Homes Company; within the dialogue tree, the player, in addition to buying a home as seen in the quest Buying a House, also has the option to offer to rent out apartments through the Open Homes Company. Upon hearing this offer, the Open Homes Company will tell the player to meet them at the Mallment to discuss the details, thereby starting the quest.
Walkthrough
The player is first tasked with meeting a representative from the Open Homes Company at the Mallment. In this meeting, the player is instructed to obtain two things before the Open Homes Company will go into business with them.
