Radio signal is a side quest given by Amanda Korhonen.
Activating the quest
Quest can be started after completing first renovation during the Getting Started quest. You will unlock Deekula B. In there you can find a character named Amanda Korhonen. After talking why she got kicked out of her apartment, she will give you a Radio Signal quest.
Walkthrough
- After talking why she got kicked out of her apartment, at the end of meeting you will ask "How can I get in that storage" which will give Radio Signal quest and a key to her own storage.
- After unlocking master storage door and going to B4 storage door.
- After unlocking B4 storage door and unblocking passage (you will need an axe).
- Then you go in to B3 storage through passage and grab a key from the table.
- Then unlock B3 storage door and go to B3 apartment door.
- After unlocking B3 apartment door, you investigate (you will find a body in a bathtub in bathroom and a women in blanket shaking).
- You will inform her about it and you can choose. a) you tell police b) you don't tell police (I recommend to tell police).
- After telling police (calling 112) and telling about the body.
- Then you go back to Amanda Korhonen and tell about it a) you go on b) end it and she will give 200 RM for the troubles.
- Then after Priest's Debt quest you can with OSRat talk with the man in bathtub.
- He will give you his name, a quest Jacob's Daughter and he will talk about mines that you need to destroy it.
