Huang's Phone Call is a single-time event Player can encounter in Obenseuer.
Overview
After unlocking the Tenement A by starting the Red Danger quest, Player can break into the Huang's apartment A2.
When player enters that apartment for the first time, a ringing phone in the living room can be heard and picked up. If Player fails to answer the phone after it stops ringing, it will never ring again, preventing the Player from collecting the reward afterwards.
Upon answering, a mysterious person provides instructions on where to go to collect the reward.

The caller explains they left for the Player a bag of goods underneath the staircase of this tenement, the bag contains one Copper Bar, a Pearl Necklace, one Steel Ring, a single Chick and an Osmo Olut Cooler Bag.
