Missing Debitcard is a side quest that allows the player to get their debit card back, and gain access to use the ATM Booth and Payment Machine.
Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
- First, the player must locate the ATM Booth in-between the Skeida Pharmacy and O-Market. After finding the ATM, the player must interact with the ATM Machine to initiate the quest.
- Upon receiving the quest, the player must locate the Phone Booth to make a phone call outside of Obenseuer and contact the bank.
- Every use of the Phone Booth costs the player a total of RM 3.
- The player must dial the number: 010-242-4096 (Located in the phonebook beside the phone)
- Once the Stalburg Bank Customer Service system responds to the player's phone call, the player must wait for English service by pressing 4.
- After selecting the English service, the player must move through multiple dialogue prompts and wait in 'Queue' until a representative is connected.
- Upon getting in contact with a representative from the Stalburg Bank Customer Service desk, the player must follow the prompts to request a new debit card. Attempts to get a loan or check their balance will result in the phone call being terminated.
- Upon completing the phone call, the player will need to acquire (2) two empty envelopes, (2) two stamps, and (1) one sheet of A4 paper. They can all be purchased from the O-Market for OC 80.
- Next, the player will need to locate a Copy Machine to create the Stalburg Bank Request Letter. A copy machine can be easily accessed in the Hostel Warehom in Kolhola A.
- Upon crafting the Stalburg Bank Request Letter, the player must deliver the letter in the Mailbox and wait for a letter to arrive at their apartment (Approx. 3-5 days).
- Next, the player will need to repeat steps 4-6 again after the wrong forms are sent, and wait for a letter to arrive at their apartment (Approx. 3-5 days).
- Finally, the player will need to repeat steps 4-6 once again, but instead, create the Stalburg Bank Form, mail it, and wait for the debit card to arrive at their apartment (Approx. 3-5 days).
- Once the player receives their debit card, they will also receive an invoice for RM 150. If it is not paid, there will be a fine of RM 150 imposed on their debit card account for two days, and not anything after [Possible bug]. The player can then interact with the ATM machine and complete the quest.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- When calling the Stalburg Bank Customer Service desk, the following sentences translate as follows (according to number pressed):
- "If you want the service in Swedish, Press 1." (Swedish)
- "If you want the service in Finnish, Press 2." (Finnish)
- "If you want the service in Norwegian, Press 3." (Norwegian)
- "If you want the service in English, Press 4." (English)
- "If you want the service in German, Press 5." (German)
- If the player attempts to interact with the Stalburg Customer Service system in any language other than English, the player will respond with profanities in its respective language (other than English).
