In Obenseuer player can breed few animals, in the current version - Rats, Glowing Rats and Sewer Fish. Those farmed animals are a source of meat, respectively for their type.

Rat farming[edit | edit source]

To start a rat farm player needs Rat Cages, these come in four different sizes - tiny, small, medium and large - that defines how many rats can breed at the same time. Player can find those cages in various locations owned by NPCs, can craft them from found blueprints or buy them at Möbelmann Furnitures to place them inside Player's Tenement.

Player can find first rats to start the farm commonly in dumpsters, they can also buy them easily at Cheap Rats for sale vending machine in Deekula C.

Fish farming[edit | edit source]

To start a fish farm player needs an Aquarium, it can be found in various locations owned by NPCs, crafted from found blueprints or bought at Möbelmann Furnitures to place it inside Player's Tenement.

Player also needs Fish Eggs to start, they can be rarely found in fridges from looting or found to buy at One Stop Shop. They can also be gathered from existing aquariums, one is found at hacker's den at Deekula B7.

To start breeding, player has to put Fish Eggs into the aquarium's storage and plant them, it will spawn one Sewer Fish that will start to grow. Grown fish can be kept in the aquarium for preservation or be gathered, yielding a dead fish and few eggs to plant more fish.
