Obenseuer mixes aspects of survival, exploration and management game, presenting a world where player struggles to climb up ladders of social structures, from being on bare bottom to living a decenet live. Player will struggle with basics of human survival like hunger, thirst and wellness of mental health, as well as different addictions to learn ways to overcome them.
 
One of the main objectives of the game is to run own tenement building as a landlord, renovate it, find potential tenants and make profit from it, while in the meantime player focus on producing various goods and completing story quests.
